Katrosykia Villas

Kastrosykia, along the Ionian coast near Preveza, is the setting for three modern villas above the sea.

From this elevated position, the landscape opens completely towards the Ionian Sea, with uninterrupted views reaching Lefkada and the horizon beyond. Especially at sunset, the atmosphere here becomes difficult to compare to other places along the coast. As the light slowly disappears into the sea, the silence and openness of the landscape feel almost unreal.

Once above the coastline, everything here feels centred around space, light and the constant presence of sea and sky. The calmness of this location is difficult to capture in photography.

Just three villas above the coastline. From the living spaces, terraces and swimming pools, the sea remains constantly in view.

The ground floor opens directly onto the terrace, private swimming pool and the sea beyond. Upstairs, the second bedroom and bathroom are positioned towards light, privacy and the horizon. One of the villas also includes a private lift leading from the entrance level to the residence.

The villas are realised using the sustainable CLT construction method.

Kastrosykia is located near Preveza, a short distance from Monolithi Beach and the Ionian islands. The wider region along the Ionian coast continues to attract international attention, while much of its peaceful and natural character remains untouched.
