Studio by the Sea in Vasiliki, Lefkada – Unwind

On the southern coast of Lefkada, in the lively bay of Vasiliki, the Unwind development is situated by the sea. The project consists of a modern residential complex with apartments and studios in a well-positioned coastal setting.

Following the success of the earlier phases, which are now mostly sold, this new phase introduces ten contemporary studios.

The studios offer a living area of 43 m² and feature double-height ceilings, creating a bright and open sense of space. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level and includes an en-suite bathroom.

Vasiliki is internationally recognised as one of Europe’s leading windsurfing destinations, thanks to the thermal winds that develop in the bay during the afternoon. The village also features a modern marina where sailing yachts moor, making the area attractive to sailors and other water sports enthusiasts.

In the wider area, you will find several of Lefkada’s well-known beaches, including Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma. The region continues to develop, with a new marina and growing international interest in the island.

The studios are suitable for private use and also represent an attractive option for holiday rentals.
