Unwind Studios is part of Unwind, a collection of modern studios by the sea in Vasiliki Bay. Set directly by the water, the studios combine a quiet coastal setting with the atmosphere of Vasiliki, where restaurants, cafés, the marina and everyday amenities are all within walking distance.

The studios offer a living area of approximately 43 m² and are designed with double-height ceilings, creating an open and light-filled living space. The mezzanine level accommodates the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor consists of an open living space with kitchen, seating area and guest WC. The layout is compact and carefully designed, with attention to light, space and comfortable living along the Ionian coast.

Each studio includes a balcony, private parking and a private storage space of approximately 2 m². Selected studios enjoy sea views depending on their position within the collection.

The combination of a seafront location and the village centre within walking distance makes the studios suitable as a second home, private residence or investment along the Ionian coast.

Vasiliki is known for its relaxed atmosphere, waterfront promenade, marina and direct access to beaches along the southern coast of Lefkada. Locations such as Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma are nearby, while Lefkada Town and Aktion Airport remain easily accessible.

The studios are delivered fully furnished and turn-key. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
