Okto Villas

Set on the edge of Paleros, approximately 250 metres from the Ionian Sea, Okto Villas comprises eight detached villas with private pools, positioned across a gently rising site with views of the Ionian Sea.

The villas follow the natural elevation of the site and open through large expanses of glass towards terraces, gardens and private pools, with views of the Ionian Sea. Each villa offers 168 m² of living space arranged over three levels. The ground floor forms a single open-plan living space with kitchen and lounge. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the master suite occupies the upper level, with its own bathroom and outdoor space.

Each villa has its own position within the development. Plot size, outdoor space, pool and sightlines towards the Ionian Sea vary between the individual properties. Plot sizes range from approximately 140 to 290 m².

Paleros lies on the Ionian coast opposite Lefkada, with beaches, bays and one of Greece’s best-known sailing areas within easy reach.
